Despite some delays in arriving at Southampton to load and again in Malta to discharge (unavoidable), the whole process was incredibly professionally run. Leigh in the UK was brilliant from the first time he phoned to when we delivered our little boat into the compound at Eastleigh. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He pointed out how we could reduce the cost by removing a bracket. When the shipping line altered the quay date after we had set off to deliver, he ensured the shipping company covered to cost of haulage.
