Freight Forwarding · Sea freight

Sea freight, matched to the cargo, timescale and budget.

Often the most economical way to move freight — but the right method depends on what you are shipping. We advise before we quote.

Choosing the right method

There is more than one way to ship by sea. We will tell you which one suits your cargo, and why.

A smaller order may suit LCL, sharing a container with other shippers. A full container reduces waiting time and handling at either end. Cargo that will not fit a standard box can move on a flat rack, by RORO or as breakbulk.

Our sea freight team draws on the shipping-line relationships built by the Peters & May marine division, so out-of-gauge and project cargo is handled by people who do it every week.
