🌟 Meet the team: Ben Wiltshire, Apprentice Welder / Fabricator 🌟

Ben is one of our talented apprentices, who has been with us for 3 years, training as a metal fabricator and welder. Completing his qualifications through the Southampton Engineering Training Association, he's found a home at Peters & May, combining his passion for hands-on work with opportunities to see the world.

"Working in this field is exciting because it’s constantly evolving, and I get to travel while working. The best part is the fantastic team - it's their dedication that makes my job so much more enjoyable. If I could describe Peters & May in 3 words they’d be passionate, progressive and rewarding."

On a more personal note, Ben enjoys travelling, golf and football. As a proud Southampton FC season ticket holder, his weekends are reserved for football, home or away.
