Our warehousing team are experts in global forwarding offering end to end solutions with our pick & pack, as well as full pallet network services. But that is not where it ends for the warehousing team as Terry Stonham, Peters & May Warehouse & Site Manager; explains: “Every day is different for us… The team genuinely get excited at what will be next through the door; one day we can be packing pallets ready for shipment and managing inventories; the next loading a Mitsubishi truck or even a Helicopter! Our team is experienced in loading cargo of all shapes and sizes, no challenge is too difficult”.
Working in conjunction with are warehouse team, is our yard team – the craftsmen behind the globally renowned yacht transport service Peters & May built its name upon. Paul Elsom, Global Technical Manager explains; “Priding ourselves on superior heavy lift equipment, our yard experts are integral in the creation of bespoke lifting and cradling apparatus required to move anything from a small racing yacht to a commercial tug. We have in-house welding and fabrication skills enabling us to quickly and efficiently develop the bespoke equipment made to measure for each lifting”. Our yard team work closely alongside the Technical Support team at Peters & May to plan, develop and execute the delivery of cargo.
