We are seeking a proactive and organised Technical Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy Technical Department. This is a varied and hands-on role, reporting directly to the Technical Director. It offers an exciting opportunity to get involved in the practical and operational side of global marine logistics, with scope to contribute across departments.

Schedule Loadmasters and arrange international travel
Coordinate and manage documentation for loadings, discharges, and cargo planning
Liaise with port agents, customs teams, and operations to ensure smooth project delivery
Support health and safety administration and documentation
Manage invoicing, reporting, and job tracking for the department
Prepare and maintain internal spreadsheets and records
Assist with transportation planning and general department admin
Provide occasional support to the Carrier Department (Vessel Operations), stepping in to assist with day-to-day vessel coordination and communication when needed
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (essential)
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal software systems
Experience in logistics, shipping, or maritime sectors (preferred but not essential)
Clear communicator with a proactive and flexible approach
Willingness to support other teams and departments when required
