Marketing & Admin Support

Overview

Peters & May is a global leader in bespoke logistics and yacht transport, with a proud history of exceeding expectations through personal service and attention to detail. We are looking for a proactive, organised, and creative individual to support marketing, with day-to-day marketing administration and social media. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies, with a focus on driving engagement and growth through various digital channels. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing Peters & May’s social media channels: preparing posts, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
  • Provide support for press releases and content creation (gathering information, preparing visuals).
  • Provide general marketing administration support, including branded clothing and promotional item coordination.
  • Manage and update our image libraries, ensuring content is well organised and easy to access.
  • Support with website updates and online content. Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is engaging and relevant.
  • Assist with travel planning for international boat shows, including accommodation, clothing, and logistics coordination.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
  • Provide administrative support across marketing and events as needed.

What we are looking for

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with good written English.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Canva, WordPress, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable but not essential — training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Interest in marketing, PR, and content creation.
  • A flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to multitask.
  • Based in the UK, with the ability to attend occasional office visits in Hampshire.
