Role Overview: As the face of the company, our Loadmasters play a crucial and rewarding role in managing the logistics of loading and discharging cargo around the world. You will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of marine projects globally. Each day presents a unique challenge – from loading 50 yachts onto a vessel one day to discharging several Superyachts or other Marine Cargo the next. This role demands someone who is flexible and can work independently in dynamic environments.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing all loading and discharge operations for Yachts ranging from 20’ to 200’.
  • Preparing all necessary equipment.
  • Coordinating third parties including Divers and Ship crews.
  • Acting as the client’s point of contact on the day of loading or discharge.
  • Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety Regulations, whilst working in potentially hazardous environments.



  • Understanding of Lifting, Cradling, and Stowage Plans.
  • Working knowledge of Lifting Equipment, Spreader Beams, and Slings.
  • Forklift Licence.
  • Banksman & Slinger Certification.
  • Manual Handling Certification.
  • Working at Height Certification.
  • Portable Appliance Use Certification.
  • LEEA Qualification.
  • Appointed Person for Crane Lifting Certification.


Note: All qualifications are desirable; however, training is available for the successful candidate.
