Sales Coordinator

As a key member of the Peters & May Carrier Sales Team; you will be responsible for the development and implementation of global sales initiatives. Primarily responsible for identifying opportunity and developing new leads, you will play a fundamental role in the business development of Peters & May as an accredited world leader in bespoke logistics. Working closely with our 12 global offices, you will gain great exposure to global operations.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Generating and nurturing leads.
  • Building relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Supporting regional offices with carrier sales enquiries.
  • Developing sales plans for primary trade lanes.
  • Logging and following up quotes.
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager to maintain and update weekly sailing schedules.
  • Post shipment aftersales - developing upsell opportunities. 
  • Assisting the sales manager with forecasts and budgets.
