Business Development (USA)

We have an exciting new role available working in the US on the Business Development of our sister company Bespoke Load Solutions.

Joining at an exciting time, you will pioneer new business development across the USA for ‘Flat Rail’ as the leading patented solution for over-sized cargo. Reporting to the General Manager; this role provides a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong sales background and previous experience within the shipping industry.

Main responsibilities:

·         Compile targets – Forwarders and Cargo owners

·         Research potential local shipping lines & contacts

·         Educate forwarders and cargo owners to the benefits of Flat Rail

·         Secure Flat Rail bookings from freight forwarders and cargo owners

·         Market the BLS brand in the USA

·         Assist BLS General Manager with budgets and forecasts

·         Create and produce monthly reports

·         Visit stevedores and ports to introduce Flat Rail

·         Assist local P&M office with BLS support on marine business
