Business Analyst (UK)

We have an exciting new role available at Peters & May’s HQ near Southampton (UK) for a Business Analyst. Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our Global Operations Team.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will provide analytics and reporting support 12 offices worldwide. As an integral member of the team you will be responsible for managing and maintaining data quality, reporting and analysis.

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain external sales, quotes and supplier databases.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Develop new reporting techniques to advance business analytics.
  • Make recommendations based upon data analysed.
  • Support Finance Director with quarterly forecasting and budgets.
  • Provide statement reports to respective office associated with clients on the Company VIP Program.
  • Liaise and develop strong working relationships with internal departments.
  • Create and confidently present budgets, forecasts, reports and key stakeholders.
  • Travel to overseas offices when required.

Reporting to the Group Business Operations and Marketing Manager you will support teams with all reporting and analytics requirements across the business. An ability to prioritize, coordinate and complete tasks to tight deadlines will be fundamental in order to be successful within this role. To be considered for this role candidates need advanced level Excel skills whilst also being proficient in PowerPoint and SQL.
