Peters & May is pleased to announce a new structure for its Freight Forwarding operations as part of our on-going commitment to providing a first rate, cost effective service for all our customers.
Our Freight Forwarding activities will be handled by the two newly formed divisions of Air Freight and Sea Freight. The CEC Courier service will continue to operate separately but with closer ties to the new Air Freight division. All three Freight Forwarding activities will be led by Eric Buggy, who has been with Peters & May for 13 years.
A further development in our Freight Forwarding services sees the introduction of a new Account Management structure, designed to increase our level of customer service. All our customers will be allocated a senior member of staff who, as Account Managers, will ensure that you receive the level of service that you would expect.
Our highly successful activities in Marine Logistics and Event Logistics (led by Gerald Price) and Hazardous Cargo Logistics (led by Alan Kelsey) will continue to operate under their existing structure.
